Laura Ferrer, PhD
Laura has 25 years of experience working with individuals, families and groups of all ages, in the areas of mood, anxiety, personality, and general life issues. She integrates a variety of therapy and coaching strategies, including Mindfulness, DBT, CBT and ACT skills in collaborating with her clients toward greater wellbeing. Laura is passionate about supervising and mentoring psychology trainees and junior colleagues. She founded LF & Associates to create a warm community in which both clinicians and their clients could thrive in the context of highly skilled care.
Miryam Yusufov, PhD
Miryam is a clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatments for anxiety, mood and substance issues, including ACT, DBT, and CBT. Miryam is also active in research in these same areas, helping to develop treatment plans for the benefit of many. Miryam works with adolescents, adults, and groups.
Lauren Rutter phD
Lauren specializes in evidence-based assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, and related disorders. Her aim is to create an open and compassionate environment to facilitate change. She is committed to providing lifelong skills that can help her clients achieve their goals, face challenges, and live a values-driven life.
flavia Germano, Phd
For the last 25 years, as a clinical psychologist, Flavia has supported clients in coping with anxiety, panic attacks, and stress, as well as ex-pats and third-culture kids facing new challenges. She also offers coaching services to all those eager to make their dreams come true. Flavia is a native of Rome, though she travels throughout Europe, and she works with clients individual, couples, family, and group sessions.
Brooke MCKenna, PhD
Brooke, one of our PostDoctoral Fellows, works with with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She applies evidence-based cognitive and behavioral interventions, including exposure therapy, while integrating aspects of mindfulness and ACT. Brooke takes a compassionate, personalized approach with each client, helping them engage more fully with their lives and realign with their values. In addition to her clinical practice, Brooke is also a researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital and aims to better understand the social and biological underpinnings of depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
